The beach of Mount Lavinia became so cleaned and clear due to the great cause organized by Green Knights & AIESEC of University of Sri Jayawardenapura. The event was named as "Colombo Beach Clean Up 2013" and started as soon as the sun rose. Many foreigners participated and it showed that volunteerism is not something stucked to one nation. The environment is all ours! No boundaries! No colors! Finally the event brought harmony and peace among everyone.
