The return of the celebration of eternal linguistic excellence, Immortality '22, the annual English day of Devi Balika Vidyalaya, organized by the English Literary Association of the school was held successfully on Friday the 07th of October 2022 at Wimala De Silva Auditorium.
The return of the celebration of eternal linguistic excellence, Immortality '22, the annual English day of Devi Balika Vidyalaya, organized by the English Literary Association of the school was held successfully on Friday the 07th of October 2022 at Wimala De Silva Auditorium.
The event was a colourful assemblage of dancing, singing and acting skills of devians from grade 6 to 12. The entire event revolved around the theme “rock n royals” resembling the disparities in society and showcasing to the world that there could be some reason to unite despite how different the circumstances may seem. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Romola Rasoor as the chief guest and Dr. Indira Kahawita as the guest of honor. The English day of Devi Balika Vidyalaya has really set the bar high for the other schools in Colombo in terms of events.
