19th Annual Ladies' College vs Visakha Vidyalaya Waterpolo Encounter 2024 was held on the 13th of September 2023 from 2pm onwards. Visakha Vidyalaya regained the M.N. Edussuriya Trophy after a nail-biting encounter at Sugathadasa Pool Complex.
19th Annual Ladies' College vs Visakha Vidyalaya Waterpolo Encounter 2024 was held on the 13th of September 2023 from 2pm onwards. Visakha Vidyalaya regained the M.N. Edussuriya Trophy after a nail-biting encounter at Sugathadasa Pool Complex.The U15 team played a magnificent team game to close in a 4 goal gap to emerge joint winners with the Ladies College U15 team.
The Visakha U19 team emerged champions after a thrilling match, which kept the audience at the edge of their seats where they defeated the Ladies College U19 team, 16-15.
Being the underdogs to the champions this year, the wonderful team spirit of Visakha shone through!
